Adm. op at the Inner Temple, June 28, 1721. Succeeded his father at Linton. Perhaps Collector of Customs, London. Died Dec. 16, 1775. Brother of Horace (1720). (G. Mag.; A. B. Beaven; Burke, Ext. Bart., where a generation is apparently omitted.)

Linton, a fairlycompact estate in the Weald of Kent centred roughly on Linton, Egerton and Cranbrook (Sissinghurst) passed, after the death of Edward Louisa Mann to his brother Horatio, and after his death to his nephew, Sir Horace, son of Edward's third brother, Galfridus.
