hit[from Scope and Content] Messuage with all lands, etc. belonging, and 2 corn-mills or grist-mills, with all waters, etc.; all which premises are called Fulforde, and had been leased by Robert Malet of Ulleigh, esq., to said Thomas, by indentures dated 28 May 1571, for life of said Thomas.

hit[from Scope and Content] Condition of the obligation: whereas Robert Malet, esq., leased to Thomas, for Thomas' life, by his indenture dated 28 May 1571, a messuage, lands, etc. called Fulforde, and 2 grist mills there lately built by the father of the said Robert called Fulforde Mylles, at the rent of £5 13s 4d; and whereas the said Thomas has demised said premises to Peryam for 40 years, Thomas is to save Peryam harmless against Robert for the said rent during that term.
