To cousin Francis Swanton, esq., forgives all debts with exception of a sum of 50 pounds which is to be given to his brother William Swanton.
To cousin Roger Pinckne, 50 Pounds and to cousin Reverend Francis Henchman 50 Pounds and to his daughter Jane Henchman 50 Pounds.
To Henry Hele Doctor in Physick and Thomas Phipps of Westbury, co. Wilts.esq., 60 Pounds in trust for his nieceMrs. Francis Whitaker, daughter of the late John Hele, deceased.
