    1648 by Henry Halse, cousin-german of deceased during the minority of the exr, Charles
    Acland. Admon. granted 25 June 1670 to John Harrison, principal creditor, by reason of the
    death of the exr. and Hugh Acland the next brother having renounced, 2nd Admon. granted 5
    July 1671 to William Brown, principal creditor, John Harrison having died. P.C.C. (Essex 157).
