was a J.P. of Swansea, Mayor 1855 and 1862, J.P. and D.L. Glamorgan, J.P. Co. Card., unsucc. cont.
Honiton 1865, was M.P. co. Cardigan 1868-74, when he was defeated, and d. 21 Aug. 1880.
